1 1/2 to 2 lbs zucchini
1/2 lb Monterey Jack Cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp powdered dill
1/8 tsp Shilling's Lemon
Pepper
salt to taste
Preheat oven to 350° F. Thinly slice squash and put into a 12' x 8' baking dish. Sprinkle seasonings and Parmesan cheese over and top with sliced Monterey Jack cheese. Bake at 350° F for 1 hour. Serves 6-8.
