Product Recipes
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 cup mashed bananas (3)1 cup nuts
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 3/4 cups oatmeal
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream together the sugar and shortening.
- Blend this with 1 egg (beaten), bananas and nuts.
- Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.
- Drop on ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until lightly brown.
