Barbecued Beef and Egg Roll
- 1/2 pound round steak
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Accent
- 6 eggs, hard cooked
- Soak beef for 30 minutes in mixture of soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ginger and Accent.
- Peel hard cooked eggs and wrap meat around each egg.
- Tie with piece of string or thread. Place the egg rolls into saucepan with left-over soy sauce mixture and simmer 20 minutes.
- Cool, slice and serve.
