- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
- Mix all items together in a sauce pan.
- Heat slowly to a boil.
- For a chunky sauce, use as is, or allow to cool, and liquify with a Waring Blender.
