Beef Brocolli

• 1/4 pound beef, sliced thin
• 1 pound broccoli, sliced thin
• 1 small round onion, sliced

• 1/2 teaspoon wine
• 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon sugar

• 1-1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce
• 1/2 teaspoon sugar
• 1 tablespoon water

1. Marinate meat in sauce about 15 minutes.
2. Heat saucepan and add 1 tablespoon canola oil.
3. Fry onions, add meat and fry 1 minute.
4. Remove from pan.
5. Stir fry broccoli 1 minute and add gravy and cook until thickened.
6. Add meat, mix well and serve.
