Product Recipes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 3 tbsp canola oil
- 2 tbsp white flour
- 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/8 to 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 cup beer (one 12 oz can or bottle)
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- Saute onions in non-stick pan with canola oil for 10 minutes.
- Blend in flour, sea salt, pepper, and sugar.
- Gradually add can or bottle of beer and vinegar.
- Stir constantly to boiling point. Reduce heat and cook for 5 more minutes.
- Cool slightly. Pour over hot, diced potatoes.
