- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tsp poppy seed
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 4 cups torn Bibb or Boston lettuce
- 2 cup sliced strawberries or strawberries and blueberries
- 1 small onion thinly sliced and separated into rings.
- Combine canola oil, honey, vinegar, poppy seed, and dry mustard in small bowl and mix well.
- Combine lettuce, berries, and onion rings Add dressing and toss.
