Blueberry Cheesecake Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 2 cups King Arthur flour
• 2 tbsp granulated sugar
• Two 8 ounce package cream cheese
• 2 cup powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 8 ounces Cool Whip
• 1 can blueberry pie filling

To make Blueberry Cheesecake

1. Make crust first by combining butter, flour, and sugar with pastry blender. Spread in 9x13” pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool.
2. Make cheesecake filling by beating cream cheese until fluffy. Then add 2 cups powdered sugar and the vanilla extract. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into cooled crust and spread evenly. Spoon blueberry filling on top. Chill.
