- 24 small potatoes
- sea salt and white pepper
- butter
- parsley
- Put 24 small potatoes in a large pot of salted water. Bring potatoes to a boil.
- Cook until potatoes are firm but cooked through. Drain.
- Pour melted butter and chopped parsley over the cooked potatoes.
Serve Boiled Potatoes in a tureen.
