Ingredients in Brandy Balls

• 2 1/2 cups finely crushed vanilla wafers (about 60)
• 1 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
• 2 tbsps cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
• 1/4 cup brandy
• 1/4 cup light corn syrup
• granulated sugar

To make Brandy Balls

1. Combine wafer crumbs, sugar, cocoa and nuts.
2. Stir in brandy and corn syrup.
3. Add a little water (about 1 1/4 tsps) if necessary to form mixture into 3/4 inch balls.
4. Roll in granulated sugar.
5. Store in tightly covered container.

Recipe makes about 4 dozen Brandy Balls.
