- 1/2 cup onion
- 4 tbsps butter
- 2 tbsps flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 8oz jar Cheez Whiz
- 2 pkgs cooke broccoli
- 3 eggs
- Ritz crackers, crushed
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Saute onion, butter, flour, water and Cheez Whiz.
- Cook broccoli and drain.
- Beat eggs in a bowl, then add to broccoli and cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle Ritz cracker crumbs.
- Put mixture in a casserole dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
