Product Recipes
- 1 8 oz jar Cheez Whiz
- 2 tsps flour
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 10 oz pkg frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 2 cups coarsely chopped cooked chicken
- 1/4 tsp dried minced onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- dash of pepper
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Melt cheese over low heat.
- Remove from heat, blend in flour and egg yolks,
- Stir in broccoli, chicken, onion, salt and pepper.
- Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Pour into greased 10 X 6 inch baking dish.
- Bake 40 minutes.
