  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Melt cheese over low heat.
  3. Remove from heat, blend in flour and egg yolks,
  4. Stir in broccoli, chicken, onion, salt and pepper.
  5. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
  6. Pour into greased 10 X 6 inch baking dish.
  7. Bake 40 minutes.
Servings: 4 to 6
