Butter Tarts Ingredients

• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup yellow corn syrup
• 3 tbsp melted butter
• 1 egg
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tbsp vinegar
• 1/2 cup walnuts
• 1/4 cup coconut
• 1/2 cup raisins

Butter Tarts Recipe

1. Mix together brown sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, beaten egg, vanilla extract, salt, and vinegar.
2. Make pie crust and mold into tart tins.
3. Place a little of the following into each pastry shell: walnuts, raisins, and coconut.
4. Pour some of the top mixture into each pastry shell.
5. Bake at 350° F. 15 to 20 minutes.
6. Watch the Butter Tarts carefully so they don’t burn.
