Preheat oven to 350° F. Cook cabbage in salt water until tender (5-7 minutes), drain. Combine cream of celery soup, cheese, milk, salt, and pepper in pan; heat until cheese melts. Combine with cabbage and put in 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Toss bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350° F for 15 minutes.
