Recipe: California Pasta Salad

- 1 lb spaghetti, or vermicelli, broken up into 1 inch pieces, and cooked
- 16 oz bottle fat free Italian Salad Dressing
- 3 large tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 2 medium zucchini, diced
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 medium green pepper, diced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 medium red pepper, diced
- 1/4 tsp celery seed
- 1 large red onion, diced
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 x 2 1/4 oz cans sliced ripe olives, drained
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours, or overnight to blend
flavors.
Makes about : 10 - 15 servings.
