Carrot Bread II Ingredients
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 1/2 cups flour, sifted
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk
To make Carrot Bread II
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Mix sugar and canola oil
- Add beaten eggs.
- Stir in grated carrot.
- Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
- Alternately add flour mixture and milk, a little at a time, to sugar/carrot mixture.
- Pour into a well greased baking pan and bake for 55 minutes.
