Cheese Ball Recipe Ingredients

• 8 ounce Cheddar Cheese ((shredded)
• 8 ounce Blue Cheese (crumbled)
• 8 ounce Velveta Cheese (cubed in 1/2 cubes)
• 1 small Philadelphia Cheese
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 2 tsp Tabasco sauce
• 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• Pecan nuts

To Make Cheese Balls

1. Have the Cheddar, Blue, Velveta, and cream cheeses at room temperature. Thoroughly mix the cheeses, Tabasco, onion powder, and Wocestershire Sauce with blender.
2. Form into ball. Wrap in wax paper and chill for 2 hours. Roll in ground pecan nuts.
3. Chill for 6 hours. Serve with pretzel sticks.
