Recipe: Cheese Balls II
Recipes using Tabasco Sauce

Ingredients for Cheese Ball
- 8 oz grated Cheddar Cheese
- 8 oz crumbled Blue Cheese
- 8 oz grated Velveta Cheese
- 4oz Softened Cream Chese
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp powdered onion
- 2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
- 2 tsp Worchestershire Sauce
Coating for Cheese Ball
- Allow cheeses to soften at room temperature.
- Add all ingredients except for pecans for coating onto a blender. Mix well.
- Remove from blender and form into a ball.
- Wrap the cheese ball in waxed papper and chill for two hours or more.
- Roll the cheese ball in slivered pecan nuts.
- Chill for at least 6 hours then serve.
This is excellent with pretzels or pretzel sticks.
