To make Cheese Pennies
Cream cheese and butter thoroughly. Add flcur, salt and cayenne. Work into smooth paste using hands if necessary. Form dough into a long roll about one inch in diameter. Wrap in waxed paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow to firm up. Slice into wafers about a third of an inch thick. Arrange Cheese Pennies on a cookie sheet and bake in a 400° F over until golden brown (10-13 minutes).
