1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp soft butter
3 tbsp brown sugar
3 8-oz pkgs cream cheese
3 large eggs
1/2 to 3/4 cups sugar
1 pint sour cream
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 8-oz can pie filling
Mix and press graham cracker crumbs, butter, and brown sugar into a spring form pan. Mix cream cheese, eggs and granulated sugar for 10 minutes at medium speed. Pour on top of crumbs. Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes. Cool for 30 minutes. Mix sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Spread on cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350° F for 10 minutes. Cool. Spread pie filling mix on top. Must be refrigerated 24 hours before serving.
