Chicken Ala King Ingredients

• 1 tbsp dried chopped onion
• 2 tbsps chopped green or red pepper
• 2 tbsps butter or margarine
• 1 (10 1/2oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
• 1/3 to 1/2 cup milk
• 1 1/2 cups diced cooked chicken, turkey or ham
• 2 tbsps diced pimento (optional)
• dash of pepper

To make Chicken Ala King

1. Cook onion and peppers in butter until tender.
2. Blend in soup and milk.
3. Add chicken, pimento and pepper.
4. Heat slowly, stirring often.
5. Serve Chicken Ala King over toast, chow mein noodles or rice.
