- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp oregano leaves (crushed)
- dash pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- paprika
- 4 tbsps grated Parmesan cheese
- dash garlic powder
- 2 lbs chicken parts
- 1/2 cup milk
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine crumbs, 2 tbsps Parmesan cheese, oregano, garlic and pepper.
- Roll chicken in mixture.
- Arrange in a 2 qt (12 x 8 x 2 inch) shallow baking dish.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.
- Meanwhile, blend soup and milk; pour over chicken.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika.
- Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is tender.
