4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
4 skinless chicken thighs
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp white pepper
3 tbsps butter or margarine (divided 1 tbsp and 2 tbsps)
2/3 cup regular strength tea
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 can (4 ozs) mushrooms, drained
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. Place chicken skin side up in medium shallow baking pan.
2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; spread with 1 tbsp butter.
3. Pour tea and lemon juice over chicken.
4. Bake uncovered for 45 mins.
5. Remove from oven; place drained mushrooms around chicken and spoon sour cream on top of chicken.
6. Melt remaining 2 tbsps butter and mix with bread crumbs; sprinkle over chicken.
7. Return to oven and bake an additional 45 mins.
