Recipe: Chicken Walnut Salad

• 4 cup cooked chicken breasts, cut in 1 inch pieces
• 1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
• 1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 cup, sliced celery, about 1/2 inch pieces
• 1 cup red seedless grapes, halved

1. Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces
2. Mix all ingredients together
3. Chill at least 2 hours
4. Serve on lettuce leaves
