2 lb lean ground beef
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper, membrane removed
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp prepared mustard
2 tbsp chili powder
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup flour
Sauce:
2 cans tomato sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tsp canola oil
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp Parmesean cheese
1. Mix together beef, onion, green pepper, seasonings, and eggs.
2. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll each ball in four to coat evenly.
3. Brown meatballs in pan with canola oil.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
5. In a small bowl, mix the sauce ingredients together and stir until blended.
6. Place cooked meatballs in baking dish, and pour sauce over top.
7. Cover and bake 30-40 minutes.
