• 1 can kidney beans, mashed
• 1/2 pound lean ground beef, browned
• 2 cups salsa
• 1 tsp cumin
• 2 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
• 1 cup green and red pepper strips
• 12 inch pizza crust - prebaked

Preheat oven to 375° F. Combine mashed kidney beans, browned ground beef, salsa, and cumin. Heat. Spoon mixture onto baked crust. Sprinkle with 1/2 of shredded sharp Cheddar cheese. Arrange pepper strips over cheese. Sprinkle remaining sharp Cheddar cheese over pepper strips. Bake at 375° F for 20-25 minutes.
