Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
2 tbsp milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups quick or old fashioned oats
2 cups (12oz) Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1 cup coarsely chopped nuts (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
1. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl set aside.
2. Beat brown sugar, butter and sugar in large mixing bowl until creamy.
3. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla extract.
4. Gradually beat in flour mixture.
5. Stir in oats, morsels and nuts; mix well.
6. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
7. Bake 9-10 mins for chewy cookies or 12-13 mins for crispy cookies.
8. Cool on baking sheets for 1 min; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
