1 stick 8 tbsps butter or margarine
6 tbsps cocoa
1 box confectioners sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
6 tbsps milk
pinch of salt
1. Melt butter and cocoa, almost to a boil.
2. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients.
3. Mix well until smooth.
4. Pour this icing over warm cake in pan.
Suggestion: To get even more chocolate flavor throughout the cake take a meat fork and poke small holes in cake before pouring over warm cake.
