2 cups sugar
1 cup mayonnaise
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
2 tsp soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 cups flour
1-1/2 cup warm water
6 tbsp cocoa
2 tsp vanilla extract
Combine sugar and mayonnaise. Beat well with electric mixer. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture alternately with the water. Begin and end with dry ingredients. Mix at low speed about one minute. Add vanilla. Pour batter into well-greased 12 cup bundt pan. Bake in a pre-heated 350° F oven for one hour. Cool in pan half hour. Cinnamon is a must.
