• 1 cup sugar
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 16oz can Hershey's chocolate syrup
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup butter or margarine
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup butter or margarine
• 2 tbsps creme de menthe
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 6 tbsps butter or margarine

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Mix first eight ingredients together and put in a 9 x 13 inch greased pan.
3. Bake for 30 mins.
4. For middle layer (frosting) mix 2 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 cup butter and creme de menthe.
5. Spread over cooled cake mixture; set aside.
6. For top layer (glaze) melt chocolate chips and 6 tbsps butter together.
7. Let cool lightly and spread over brownies.
8. Chill and cut into 1 inch squares.

Freezes well and goes great with vanilla ice cream.
