1 cup chocolate chips
2 egg whites
dash of salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
3/4 cup chopped nuts (select your favorite nut)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease a cookie sheet
1. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler over hot water.
2. Beat egg whites with salt until foamy.
3. Gradually add sugar.
4. Beat until stiff peaks form.
5. Beat in vinegar and vanilla.
6. Fold in chocolate and nuts.
7. Drop by teaspoons on grease cookie sheet.
8 Bake for 10 mins.
9. Cool on wire rack.
