2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp McCormick Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp McCormick Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp McCormick Ground Nutmeg
8 1 inch thick diagonally cut slices of French bread
1. In a bowl beat eggs until foamy
2. Add milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg to beaten eggs and mix well
3. Preheat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat
4. Dip bread slices into egg mixture, turning to coat both sides
5. Place bread slices in prepared skillet
6. Cook until golden brown, turning once, about 2 to 3 minutes per side
7. Transfer cooked bread slices to a plate; keep warm in oven preheated to 225 degrees
8. Dip remaining bread slices and cook
Serving Suggestions: Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon sugar and top with maple syrup or sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
