Clam Stuffed Mushrooms Ingredients
About 30 minutes before serving, remove stems from mushrooms and mince stems. Place mushroom caps rounded side down on rack in broiling pan and set aside. Drain liquid from clams, reserving liquid. Preheat broiler.
In 10 inch skillet, over medium heat, melt butter. Brush some butter on mushroom caps. In remaining butter, cook chopped stems, garlic and reserved clam liquid until mushroom stems are tender (about 5 minutes) stirring occasionally. Stir in clams and remaining ingredients. Spoon clam mixture into mushroom caps.
Broilthe Clam Stuffed Mushrooms for 8 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Makes approximately 36 Clam Stuffed Mushroom appetizers.
