Preheat oven to 425° F. Bake pie crust at 425° F for 6 to 8 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Meanwhile in small skillet, sauté onion in butter until softened about 3-4 minutes; cool slightly. Toss shredded cheese with the flour. In mixing bowl beat eggs, cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Stir in 3/4 cup Hormel crumbled Bacon, onion and 1/2 cup cheese. Place 1 cup shredded cheese in the bottom of the pie crust. Pour egg mixture over cheese. Sprinkle with remaining Hormel Crumbled Bacon. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until set. Serves 6-8.
