1 10 3/4 oz can tomato soup
1 1/2 cup tomato juice
1 1/4 cup water
1/2 to 1 cup chopped cucumber
1/2 to 1 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped Vidallia or any sweet onion
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp wine vinegar
1 tbsp Italian dressing
1 tbsp lemon or lime juice
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp hot sauce
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
cucumber slices (optional)
Combine all ingredients, except cucumber slices. Chill at least 6 hrs. Garnish each serving wtih cucumber slices, if desired.
