Product Recipes
- 2/3 cup canola oil
- 1 pound light brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 3/4 cups sifted flour
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 6 ounces chocolate bits
- confectioners sugar
- Stir canola oil into the brown sugar.
- Add eggs and water then mix.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, and sea salt.
- Gently add the chopped walnuts and chocolate bits. Mix well.
- Fill a well greased 11" x 15" pan and bake at 350° F for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool. Then sprinkle tops with confectioners sugar.
- Cut into 2" squares. Serve or store in tight container.
