Been looking for a way to manage withdrawals without the hassle of in-person visits, and I stumbled on Bicycle Health. The idea of handling everything online sounds great, but I’m wondering how smooth the process actually is. Do they work with you if your meds need adjusting? And if something goes wrong, is Bicycle Health customer service actually helpful, or do they just hit you with automated responses?
 
Signed up a few months ago because I was tired of dealing with clinics that made everything feel 10x harder than it needed to be. Gotta say, the online setup was way easier than I expected. First consult was quick, got my prescription without jumping through a million hoops, and the doctor actually listened instead of rushing me off the call. Now, the real test? I needed a dose adjustment, and I wasn’t sure how much of a pain it would be. Sent a message, and https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/bicycle-health/customer-service.html got back to me within a day. Not instant, but way better than sitting on hold at a clinic.
