This is a simple and easy recipe.
Ingredients:
Eggs, Beaten
Cut up Potatoes
Sausage
Shredded Cheese
In two different skillets fry sausage, and potatoes. Chop sausage as small as possible while cooking. In the biggest skillet, combine the potatoes, sausage and beaten eggs. Continue to fry until done, then add cheese while hot.
