Welcome to my club Max Sutton. Go to the low sodium forum here and you will see that I started almost all of the threads. I found NSA Great Value Diced tomatoes to be 70 mg per can and Del Monte NSA is 150 mg. I think the same amount of fresh tomatoes diced is less then 10 mg. I am supposed to be on a 1200 mg or less low sodium diet. Any recipe you might want, just ask and someone (usually Mama) will help you.

try shopping at healthyheartmarket they have over 500 low and no sodium food products. if you are like me and can not have much sodium in you diet you will love this place.

There are shipping charges and if you can find a product locally it will save you a lot of money. I have no trouble finding No Salt Added (NSA) diced tomatoes. However featherweight baking powder and Herb-Ox chicken and beef broth I have to order from them. They do have some tomato products lower in sodium then NSA but when I need that low I just dice up fresh tomatoes. Good luck.
