Chinese Restaurant Buffet Question

What are those chicken skewers on the chinese buffets called?
Jon loves them but Im not even sure what they are called so I can look up some recipes.
 
I think these are more of a chicken yakitori. Looks like thigh meat with soy, sherry, ginger, garlic and some other seasonings. I found a recipe and have some chicken tenderloins soaking in it right now.
 
Sounds good to me, I would try it. I love limb rat (squirrels) Have them often.

I've had a few Limb (Tree) Rats too. Had a few of the other creatures that we find in our woods (whispering) but don't let Janie know.
 
One of Jon's friends came by yesterday to borrow a movie and asked to see the bunny. Of course the first words out his mouth were ... is he good eating? Spike is gonna have to get a thick skin and a place to hide lol.
Jon's favorite line these days is that he wanted to marry a playboy bunny and instead got a girl who likes to play with bunnies. ha ha ha :mad: I will not repeat on here what he got told cause Mama would have no choice but to ban me then.

except I'm a blond with white streaks coming in.......that happens when you get old
