I agree with saving money and saving space in your kitchen. It depends on how often you'll use a deep fryer as well as the portions you'll cook in the future. Until you feel comfortable with deep frying, you may want to opt for a Fry Daddy for now. There's nothing worse than spending a lot of money on an upgrade to find out you are disappointed with the end result.
