Durkee Ethnic Creations Ancho Seasoning

A while back you posted a recipe that called for this. I asked you then to check the bottle to see if it was any different than plain old ancho chili powder.
Are you saying that the recipes you've been posting aren't tried and true? I just assumed you were posting dishes that you had tried and liked.
Anyway, you can purchase plain ancho chili powder, labeled as such. Or you can make your own. Anchos are merely the dried form of the poblano chili.

T & T recipes????
Honestly - I don't think that EVERY recipe on this site is T & T - but that is my opinion. And no where on this site is it listed that the recipes have to be T & T.
Check most bottles of "mixes" and it will say something like - Ingredients: Salt, spices or seasonings." Do you think they are going to tell you???
Make your own with chile powder, garlic, Mexican oregano, black pepper, cumin, cloves and salt.
Can also be made into a paste.

I went to FoodMaxx today and they had the Durkee Ethnic Creations Ancho Seasoning. Buy it at FoodMaxx if you are looking for it.
