ESPN+ Subscription Not Working

Signed up for ESPN+ to watch a live game, but when I tried streaming, it kept asking me to subscribe again. My payment went through, and the account shows active, so I’m not sure why access isn’t working. Does this happen often, or is there a way to refresh the subscription manually?

Wanted to catch a big game on ESPN+, but when I logged in, the app acted like I didn’t have a subscription. Checked everything—payment was processed, account showed active, but still no access. Searched https://espn.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html for answers. Saw that some users had success by logging out, clearing the cache, then signing back in. Tried that, and the stream finally started working. If that doesn’t help, checking subscription status directly through the billing provider might give more details.
