Evvy test—useful insights or just pricey?

So I finally decided to try Evvy to get more insight into my microbiome. The idea of a detailed breakdown sounded great, but I wasn’t sure what to expect. The test itself was easy to use, but waiting for results felt like forever. Has anyone else tried it? Did it actually help you figure out anything useful? Also, if there’s a delay or an issue, how responsive is Evvy customer service?

Tried Evvy out of curiosity, and yeah, the results were pretty in-depth. Took about three weeks to get them, which was longer than I expected. My only issue was a tracking mix-up—I never got a confirmation that my sample was received. I ended up calling Evvy customer service https://www.pissedconsumer.com/company/evvy/customer-service.html , and they sorted it out, but it did make me a little nervous. If you’re patient, it’s a cool tool, but definitely follow up if you don’t hear back in a reasonable time.
