Has anyone used Giftogram customer service?

Looking into using Giftogram for digital gift cards, but I want to be sure everything works smoothly before ordering. Some platforms make sending bulk gift cards easy, while others have delays or issues with redemption. If anyone has had to contact Giftogram customer service, how was the experience? Are they quick to respond if there’s a problem with a card, or does it take multiple follow-ups to get a resolution?

Used Giftogram for a company giveaway, and the process was pretty simple. Ordering and sending the gift cards was easy, but I did have one recipient who had trouble redeeming their code. I reached out to giftogram phone number to get it sorted, and they responded within a reasonable time. It wasn’t instant, but they got the issue fixed. If you’re sending a lot of cards, it’s probably worth double-checking that all codes work ahead of time to avoid any surprises.
