How is Velotric customer service?

Looking at getting a Velotric e-bike, but I want to make sure their customer service is solid before making a purchase. Some brands are great with warranty claims and troubleshooting, while others make you wait forever for a response. If anyone has had to contact Velotric customer service, how was the experience? Do they actually help with parts, battery issues, or tech support?
 
Bought a Velotric e-bike a while back, and overall, it’s been a good ride. Had a small issue with the battery not charging properly, so I called velotric phone number to see what could be done. Took a couple of emails to get things moving, but once I reached the right person, they helped me troubleshoot and sent a replacement part. If you ever need support, patience is key, but they do stand behind their products. Definitely worth keeping track of your warranty details just in case.
