iHeartRadio Playlist Disappeared

Had a playlist on iHeartRadio that I’ve been adding songs to for months, but when I logged in today, it was completely gone. The app didn’t update, and my account is still active, so I’m not sure what happened. Wondering if playlists ever get deleted automatically or if there’s a way to recover lost ones.

Opened iHeartRadio expecting to listen to my go-to playlist, but it had completely vanished. Thought maybe I was logged into the wrong account, but everything else looked normal. Checked https://iheartradio.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html to look if anyone else had experienced this. Some users mentioned playlists can disappear after app updates or syncing issues. Tried reinstalling the app, and luckily, the playlist reappeared. If that hadn’t worked, I was ready to contact support to see if they could restore it.
