[Wow Cookie that sounds terrific, I must try it. Do you cook it in a covered skillet? Is that what you meant by stove top?

Yes, I cook it on the stove in a Big frying pan without the lid on it. You could probably put a lid on it but on a low flame, this dish turned out really good

For Wed. night dinner I made orange roughy with margarine, lemon & dill with tomato couscous. Cookie :)

I've had so many radishes from the garden this year and I keep all the greens. I was going to make radish leaf pesto from Clotilde's recipe on Chocolate and zucchini but instead I decided to make them into a gratin along with swiss chard also from the garden. It's absolutely delicious. I just had another little slice for breakfast.

I am notorious for eating non-typical-breakfast foods also Jfain!!! Keeps life interesting that way, don't you agree?!?;)
