Luvme Hair Shipping Delay

Ordered a wig from Luvme Hair, and the estimated delivery date has already passed, but the tracking hasn’t updated in days. The order was confirmed, and the package was marked as shipped, but it seems stuck in transit. Just wondering if shipping delays happen often with them and if there’s a way to get a better update on where the package is?

Ordered from Luvme Hair a while back, and the tracking had me checking my phone constantly. It showed as shipped, but there were no updates for days, https://luvme-hair.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html told me that sometimes packages take longer to update, especially if they’re coming from overseas. A few days later, the tracking suddenly refreshed, and the package moved quickly after that. If it’s been a while with no movement, checking with the carrier directly might give more details than the standard tracking page.
