Well he wants me to make some spaghetti sauce for his spaghetti. I found this recipe online so I was thinking of doing a double or triple batch of it. I will probably use 28oz cans of crushed tomatoes instead of the 14.5 oz cans.

Mario Batali's recipe for Bolognese sauce is really wonderful if you are looking for a good sauce recipe. You can find it on the food channel. It has lots of Umami! mmmmm.
